No. In the Personal plan users can’t see each other and sharing only works with a link. In the Business and Public sector plans each organisation is kept apart from the others, with its own encryption key: other customers see neither your files nor your users.
Files, their previous versions and the trash all count. The trash is emptied from the website, and restoring a file uses no extra space.
Yes. In the Business and Public sector plans storage and users are expanded separately, whenever you need.
No. It is a document management system: it stores, organises and protects working documents. The preservation required by Italian law (conservazione a norma) requires a qualified preservation provider.
