ArchiviOnline.it helps you protect documents and know who viewed them. It is not an electronic health record or practice management software, and on its own it is not enough to comply with health data rules: organisational choices remain the practice’s.
A typical day
The front desk scans the consent forms signed in the morning and uploads them to the clinic’s space.
The doctor searches for an external report by the patient’s name and finds it inside the scan.
A document goes to the patient with a password-protected link valid for seven days.
The owner checks in the log who opened a patient’s folder.
