Search inside documents
Search looks inside PDFs and scans: type the other party’s name or a sentence and find the document.
Protected links for clients
Password, expiry date and download limit, and a notice when the client opens the document. The watermark is included in every version: you switch it on for each link.
Private spaces per practice area
Civil, criminal, office administration: each area has its own workspace. People outside it can’t see those files, not even in search.
Legal hold
A document under legal hold cannot be deleted by anyone until the administrator lifts the hold.
A log of every action
Opens, shares and deletions go into a signed log kept for 24 months.
Email and PEC in the archive
Available as a module: connect your firm’s mailboxes (IMAP, PEC, Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; PEC is Italian certified email). Messages, with their attachments and receipts, arrive in the archive and can be searched like any other document. The mailbox doesn’t change: no message is moved or deleted.
One dossier per case
In the Business plan, available as a module: collect a case’s pleadings, minutes and correspondence in a dossier, without moving them out of their folders.

ArchiviOnline.it is your firm’s document archive. It does not replace the tools for filing documents electronically with the courts.
A typical day
On the train, in her phone’s browser, the lawyer rereads the brief filed yesterday.
She searches for “termination clause” and finds the contract scanned three years ago.
She sends the draft to the client with a password-protected link valid until Friday. At 15:40 the notice arrives: it has been opened.
The trainee uploads case-law research to the Civil space: only its members can see it.
