Versions against ransomware
If files are encrypted or overwritten, go back to the previous versions. With Restore to a date, available as a module, you bring a whole folder or the entire archive back to how it was, with a preview and the option to undo.
An extra copy, if you want one
With the optional paid mirror copy service, files are also copied to S3 or FTP storage: HostingPerTe.it’s Cloud Object Storage or a compatible service of your choice.
Users under control
The administrator creates users, adds them to the right spaces and can set a storage limit for each one.
Connected devices
Every user sees their connected computers and can disconnect a lost one.
Signed log
Every action is logged and kept for 24 months, including Armada’s.
Expiring documents
Available as a module: the company’s contracts, certificates and insurance policies with a reminder before they expire.
A typical day
The quality manager updates a procedure in the Quality space and sends it to management through Approvals: the previous version is kept.
A salesperson sends a price list to a customer with a link that expires at the end of the month.
A new colleague arrives: the administrator creates the user and adds them to the Engineering space.
A computer gets infected and the files in its folder are encrypted: with Restore to a date the whole folder goes back to how it was at 9.
