In Armada’s Italian datacentres, run by our own people. No document leaves the country, not even for a preview.

    An Italian provider

    ARMADA S.r.l. is an Italian company, subject to Italian and European law. For the data you store, it acts as data processor under the data processing agreement, which you download from the archive in Plan & service.

    Each organisation on its own

    In the Business and Public sector plans each organisation has its own users, spaces and encryption key, kept apart from other customers. A dedicated instance, on a virtual machine of its own, is available as an add-on, on quotation.

    No documents sent to external services

    Not even for previews: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF previews are generated on our servers, without going through third-party services.

    A log of everything, including us

    Sign-ins, uploads, shares and deletions go into a signed log kept for 24 months. Armada’s actions as the provider included.

    Support in Italian, from real people

    You talk to HostingPerTe.it people who know your archive and the datacentres it lives in.

    Already have an archive on an office server or another service? We move it for you; if it is very large, you send us a disk and we load it in the datacentre.

    ISO certifications and NIS registration

    The management system of ARMADA S.r.l. is certified ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 27017:2015 and 27018:2019, and Armada is registered as a NIS entity. The certifications cover the company, not the individual service.

    Everything included, no surprises

    Antivirus, file versions, text recognition and full-text search are included in every plan, not sold separately.

What we don’t do, plainly

  • ArchiviOnline.it is a document management system. It does not provide the preservation required by Italian law (conservazione a norma): that requires a qualified provider.
