Who it’s forFreelancers who work alone
Your work no longer depends on a single computer.
Consultants, translators, trainers, agents: your work archive on Italian servers, in step with a folder on your computer and protected by versions, trash and antivirus.

Everyday problems
Everything on one computer
If it breaks or gets stolen, you lose years of work.
Scattered documents
Some on the computer, some in emails, some on your phone.
Files to send to clients
Attachments that are too large, or documents that shouldn’t be left lying around.
How ArchiviOnline.it solves them
Your folder, always in step
With the Windows, macOS and Linux app you work in your folder, even offline. When the connection is back it syncs.
Versions and trash
Go back to yesterday’s version and recover a file deleted by mistake.
Links for clients
With a password, expiry date and download limit, and a notice when the client opens the file.
Find everything from one word
Search looks inside PDFs and scans.
Computer stolen? Disconnect it
On the web you see your connected devices and disconnect the one you no longer have.
A typical day
You start work on your home computer: the folder is already up to date.
In your phone’s browser you find a quote a client is asking about.
You send the finished work with a link that expires after a week.
You overwrote a document by mistake: you go back to the afternoon’s version.
The recommended plan
ArchiviOnline.it Personal
You work alone: the Personal plan gives you your own archive, with antivirus, versions, trash and full-text search as in the other plans. Other users see neither your files nor your name.
If several of you work together, you need the Business plan.
