Approvals on drawings
In the Business plan, available as a module: ask a colleague to approve a drawing or a report, with comments and mentions. There is a record of who decided what and when.
A typical day
On site, in the tablet’s browser, the site supervisor opens the PDF of the drawing updated last night.
The surveyor edits the bill of quantities in the app folder, on the train with no signal. Back at the office, the file syncs by itself.
The drawings go to the contractor with a link that expires at the end of the month.
The client asks for the previous version of the report: you get it back from the file’s versions.

If several people work in your firm, the Business plan gives you a workspace for each team and an administrator who manages users and storage.
If you work alone, the Personal plan gives you the same archive and the same desktop app.
