Search for a name or a tax code and find contracts and questionnaires, even scanned ones.
Document requests
Available as a module: send your client a link and they upload ID documents and signed forms straight into their folder, with no account and no attachments.
Expiring documents
Available as a module: set the expiry date of a contract or an ID document and get a reminder in good time.
Retention and legal hold
Decide how long the documents in a folder are kept and what happens afterwards. This is not the preservation required by Italian law (conservazione a norma).
Two-step verification
A stolen password is not enough to get into the archive.
Signed log
Every action is logged and kept for 24 months.

ArchiviOnline.it stores your documents: it does not replace the platforms of your principal company or intermediary.
A typical day
After the meeting, the signed questionnaire is scanned and uploaded to the client’s folder.
