Email and PEC in the archive
Available as a module: connect your office’s mailboxes (IMAP, PEC, Gmail, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365; PEC is Italian certified email). Messages, with their attachments and receipts, arrive in the archive and can be searched like any other document. The mailbox doesn’t change.
Expiring contracts
Available as a module: set the expiry date of each building’s maintenance contracts and insurance policies and get a reminder in good time.

Last night’s meeting minutes are scanned and uploaded to the building’s folder.
An owner asks for the final accounts: they receive a link that expires after a week.
You need a maintenance contract from five years ago: you find it by searching for the company’s name.
